Fantastic!
Great mix of live chicks, very lively on pickup and looking good after a few hours in the brooder. Super excited to see how they turn out :).

I ordered 15 heavy straight run (weekly special.) They arrived in 2 days – although the USPS site said they estimated it would take 3 days. There were 18 live chicks upon arrival. However, one was a mess; both deformed and injured. It was clearly not going to survive so I had end it’s suffering. 🙁 The other 17 chicks are super healthy, cute with fun little personalities. They arrived 2 days ago and are growing quickly. There seem to be 6 different breeds. It LOOKS like 2 golden laced wyandottes, 2 silver laced wyandottes, 2 Dominiques, 3 Buff Orpingtons, 5 rhode island reds, 2 production reds, and 1 that I can’t even guess on but it the prettiest of the bunch with every color speckled all over it like a calico cat and golden eyes.

I ordered 50 of the heavy straight run, all arrive in great shape eating and drinking. I got 4 different breeds, but there is nothing to tell me what breeds they are. i actually got 56 total. All are doing well after a week!

Chicks in Miami
I order 25 of the heavy straight run, they arrived in great shape and I haven’t had any loses. We received 3 different breeds but have no idea what kinds. a packing slip with the different types of breeds in the shipment would be good. Other than that great job goes to the Hatchery.

Awesome
I got these at the end of February. The shipping took two days. The chicks arrived by USPS to my door. I purchased 50 and 52 arrived. Seven died on the first day because I didn’t have a proper heat lamp that was generating low heat. I now have about 45 chicks with the following varieties: Orpington, sex-link, barred rock, brahma, and australorp. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Will buy again once this batch gets old.
