General FAQ’s

What is in each box?

For each box, we carefully select fun products. We cannot guarantee that you will receive a specific item, however, we try to include some products for your chickens, and some for you!

Will I receive live birds in a shipment?

No, each box will only include supplies and gifts. If you are interested in live birds, check out our Cackle Hatchery® Surprise Box!

Will there be a duplicate product?

We will try to not duplicate any products within 12 months.

Can I customize my boxes?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot customize boxes. We try to choose products that everyone will enjoy.

Where can you ship to?

We can ship anywhere in the United States.


Billing FAQ’s

How much is each box?

Each box is $36.00 with free shipping. Missouri residents will be charged sales tax.

When will I be charged?

We will process your card on the 16th of each month.

Will I receive a receipt once I have been billed?

We will email you a copy of your invoice every month after your card has been processed.

What if my billing information has changed?

Please email us at subscription@cacklehatchery.com regarding any billing changes. 

What if my card is declined?

If your card is declined, we will send you an email informing you. You have until the 18th of the month to call us to update your card information. (Do not email us your card information.) If we haven’t received the updated information we will cancel your subscription.

How long is my contract?

We bill and ship on a month to month basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time.


Shipping FAQ’s

When will my box ship?

Your order will ship sometime between the 20th and the 28th of each month. Orders placed after the 20th of the month will not be sent out till the following month and you will not be billed for that month. Monthly billing will continue after that.

Will I be able to track my package?

We will email you a tracking number once the order has shipped.

My address has changed, who do I contact?

Please email us at subscription@cacklehatchery.com regarding any changes to your account. We cannot change any addresses after the box has shipped.

How will my box ship?

We only use the United States Postal Service for delivery.

Customer Service FAQ’s

How do I contact Cackle Hatchery® regarding my subscription?

Please send all questions and comments to our email, subscription@cacklehatchery.com and we will respond promptly. 

Can I return or replace an item?

We cannot accept returns or replace items. If an item arrives broken please email pictures of the broken item to us at subscription@cacklehatchery.com within 48 hours after delivery and we will send the item with your next order.

What if I want to cancel?

We will be sorry to see you go! To cancel please email subscription@cacklehatchery.com. All cancellations must be made by the 10th of the month. If it is after that, you will still be charged for that month but will be canceled after that.
