Columbian Wyandotte Chicken Breed Information
This chicken was named after it was exhibited at the 1893 (Columbian Exposition or
World's Fair) held in Chicago. This variety was admitted as an American Standard breed in
the American Standard of Perfection in 1905. Columbian Wyandotte chickens are a
docile bird, clean legs, White with black feather around the neck, tail and
wings, they have a rose comb. They will on occasion go broody and they
make excellent mothers. They work well in confinement or free range.
Minimum of 5 birds of each breed, variety,
color, or sex. ONLY EXCEPTIONS: If you are ordering pullets, you may order
1 or 2 cockerels to go with them or UNLESS

Straight Run, Pullets and Cockerels are shipped at 1
day of age, the chicks arrive at your post office at 2-3 days of age You
MUST have a minimum order of 15 chicks total.
