Rosecomb Bantam Chicken Breed Information and Chicken Facts

Rosecomb Bantam Chicken Breed Information:

Currently we offer for sale 3 varieties of the Rose Comb Bantam Chicken .  The Rosecomb Bantam is another of the true bantams in that they do not have a standard size version.  This great show bantam was admitted into the American Poultry Standard of Perfection in 1874.  This chicken breed is noted for their great red rose comb and large white rounded ear lobes. They tolerate confinement well, are not especially docile but are not aggressive, they do like to fly. They are not as hardy as some of the other bantams. They are a very flashy and proud bantam chicken and do well in shows.

Minimum of 5 birds of each breed variety/color.  Straight Run are shipped at 1 day of age, the chicks arrive at your post office at 2-3 days of age .
