Hatching out Cinnamon Queen Hatching Eggs would be a great choice because you will know the sex of your chicks right after they hatch. The Cinnamon Queen is a hybrid breed and a great layer of large brown eggs and start laying around 4 months old.  Also know that second generation of Cinnamon Queens are not color sexable and will be a variety of multiple colors.
