Official Contest Rules for Cackle Hatchery

No Purchase Necessary. Contest is open to any U.S. resident age 18 or older. Employees, directors, and/or officers, including immediate family members or members of the household, of Cackle Hatchery, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies, and all other companies or entities associated with the contest are not eligible to participate. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules, which are final.

Dates of Contest

Winner will be chosen on December 15, 2026. Winner will be notified by the email address provided at the time of entry.

How to Enter

All entries, once submitted, become the property of Cackle Hatchery. Any incomplete entries will not be eligible. Filling out the form above will grant an entry. Each household is limited to 10 photos submitted each contest year.

The photo must have been taken by the person submitting the entry and may not have any copyrights or pending ownership claims associated with the photo being submitted.

AI-created, AI-generated, or synthetic images are not allowed. Any entry determined to be created by artificial intelligence, in whole or in part, will be disqualified. Photos must be original, real-life images taken by the entrant.

Winning

Cackle Hatchery shall select all winners using a voting system by our employees. Winners will be notified via the email address used at the time of entry. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Cackle Hatchery will be responsible for all applicable shipping and handling fees.

Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable. Prize is three (3) $100 cash prizes. No substitution will be allowed. If the prize is unavailable, Cackle Hatchery reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Cackle Hatchery also reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest or these Official Contest Rules if fraud, technical failures, AI-generated entries, automated entries, or any other factor beyond Cackle Hatchery’s control impairs the integrity of this contest, as determined by Cackle Hatchery.

By participating, where allowable by law, entrant grants to Cackle Hatchery the worldwide right to publish, broadcast, and use in any media, including the internet, participant’s entry, name, picture, and likeness, without limitation, for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

Winner or winner’s guardian may be required, in the sole discretion of Cackle Hatchery, to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release within ten (10) days or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Automated entering of any kind is not allowed. Detection of automated entering will lead to entries being voided.

Liability
