I ordered x15 of the purebred bantam assortment and I received them two days after I was sent the email that they had shipped. They all arrived healthy and alive and I was sent 17 instead of 15 which was wonderful! I got a great assortment of different types of cute bantams both clean and feather footed. Some with muffs and some without. Overall, the variety and health of all the chicks was amazing and the shipping was fast and on time. The customer service was awesome and I’ll definitely be ordering from Cackle again!

I got a silver duck wing Phoenix in the past in one of these and that roo was the meanest thing ever ! He missed his life calling in the ring! Lol!!!!! Other than that 5+ stars for cackle!

I ordered a different bantam special but it’s not available anymore so I’m just gonna leave my review here. I ordered some chicks from another Hatchery about a month ago. I had the worst experience ever! Half were dead when I picked them up at the post office and almost all of them died within hours. They were just very sick looking. I wasn’t gonna buy anymore chickens in the mail but I saw a good deal at cackle Hatchery and decided I would try one more time. Well I can say I’m so glad I did! The baby chicks were all alive and very healthy looking. I got one extra. And I got them a day earlier then expected. I’m so glad I decided to take a chance on purchasing from cackle Hatchery. It’s just so exciting to actually pick up live healthy chicks. I bought the bantam assortment and don’t know what they are yet but they are all different colors and the best part is alive and healthy!! Thank you cackle Hatchery

Happy healthy chicks
I received my very small order of assorted purebred bantam chicks yesterday. I ordered the minimum of 15, but was sent three extra. All are active, lively, eating, drinking and getting around great. My grandson has a sizzle bantam, and was very excited about the new chicks. I will be ordering some specific breeds from you next spring when we decide which have the personality we prefer.

I can only imagine how hard you all work to successfully send chicks all over the United States. Today, I hope you’ll share my feedback and thanks around the hatchery! This is in regard to an order of 25 assorted bantams and 10 bantam Ameraucanas. I picked them up yesterday before dawn. They were peeping like crazy but once home every single chick started thriving. Impressive Customer Service
I wanted to express my appreciation for your customer service department. I ordered the Assorted Purebred Bantam Special Hatchery Choice (50)–but the Post Office ‘lost’ them for one whole day–and the delay caused us to lose about half the group. I called and spoke to Ali, and was very pleased when she was able to send us some more chicks to cover our losses. Ali was personable, kind and helpful and I really appreciated that during the stressful experience of losing some of the chicks, due to the negligence of the USPS. Thanks again, Cackle Hatchery!
