Select your preferred hatch/ship date at checkout based on availability. Live poultry typically ships Mondays and Wednesdays. Dates may change due to hatch availability, weather, or transportation conditions.
Your local Post Office will typically call when your poultry arrives. Please also monitor the USPS tracking number emailed to you when your order ships and pick up your birds promptly upon arrival.
We carefully select shipping boxes and packing materials based on the type and quantity of poultry, destination, and anticipated weather conditions. Additional birds may be included at no charge to help support safe shipping.
Orders of $25 or more containing only eligible non-live products qualify for free shipping. Hatching eggs are excluded.
Supplies ship separately from live poultry via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and may arrive on different days. Please allow up to 14 days for supply delivery. Some items ship directly from our suppliers.
Live poultry typically travels faster than supplies. If your hatch date is within 7 days, essential brooding supplies may not arrive before your chicks. We recommend scheduling your hatch date at least a few weeks out when ordering supplies you need for their arrival.
Hatching eggs typically ship on Fridays and are packaged carefully to help protect them during transit.
Due to shipping and incubation variables, hatchability is not guaranteed. Visibly broken eggs must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. View Guarantees & Policies
