Ordered the rare chick special of 15 (one came free) and only 5 survived. They all arrived sickly, weak, and with Coccidiosis. 1 was dead on arrival with one glued to the top of the box still alive…) They sent another batch and 1 more died. On top of it they never refunded ANY of the money for sending chicks with a disease. So I would give zero stars if I could. Awful experience.

So sorry to hear this. Sometimes the birds experience extreme stress during their shipment and it causes them to become weak and appear sickly. Treatment with apple cider vinegar usually clears this up within a couple of days. I also see that you were refunded 11.40 on March 22nd.
